Supply: All our products are grown and collected with the highest ethics and respect for nature.
We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages.
We accept no liability for misuse and or prohibited use of our products.
All prices are subject to adjustment.
Plants: When you order from Urbantribes store, we will cut to order, this means, if you purchase 3 feet, we will provide you with one 3 foot length piece.
Delivery: We rely on Australia Post postal service to perform delivery.
If you have an urgent order, it is always advisable to discuss your requirement by email.
Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible. As we all also work a normal working week, we try to visit the post office at least once a week. There are occassions when there may be extended delays. If you require your order by a certain date, please let us know. This is just a hobby, not a profit making venture.
We always register your parcel, there have been a very small number of occasions less than 1 percent when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived by the requested time, if in this case email us so we can track the order.
Not all products listed on a website may be available for sale or delivery in every State.
All orders of products are subject to prevailing law, please check such laws before you order. These laws imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders.
Postage: We have set postage per item, when most orders sent ro NSW, ACT, OLD, VIC, SA, NT the postage is generally correct. Postage to WA and TAS may cost more.
